This listing is for a used 40' long, 8' wide, 9.5' tall, high cube wind and watertight shipping container that is perfect for weatherproof and pest-proof storage, as the beginning to a container home, and more. Colors and markings vary on these containers. Used containers will have scratches, dents, and general wear and tear, but have solid floors and functional doors. All containers sold by Cochise Containers are guaranteed to arrive in the condition as shown in the photos we send prior to delivery and to be wind and watertight. Delivery is included to most of Cochise, Pima, and Santa Cruz, AZ Counties. Please call for additional delivery options outside of these areas.
*Delivery Notes: Access to and within the delivery address must be reasonably maintained and accessible by large trucks measuring 70'+ in length. Additionally, there must be no overhead obstructions such as power or telephone wires in the area in which the container is to be placed, and no ground obstructions where the container will be placed, and for an additional 75' in a straight line in front of where the container will be placed. A tight space delivery option is available for 20' shipping containers.
